This Product Warranties and Return Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the warranties WorkEasy Software, LLC (“Company”) provides to Customers that purchase certain portable devices, hardware, or physical technical products (“Products”) from Company, and the limited return policy for such Products. Any capitalized but undefined terms herein shall have the meanings ascribed in the Online Terms and Conditions or ordering document between Company and Customer.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Company offers a 1-year limited warranty against any defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality in the Products subject to Customer paying the applicable fees and expenses (including shipping and return costs) as may be invoiced by Company. The start date of such warranty shall be the date that Company receives full payment of the applicable fees and expenses. This warranty is for the sole benefit of the Customer and is non-sublicensable or non-transferable. This warranty does not cover the following excluded damages (collectively, “Exclusions”):

  • Accidental Damage – damages incurred due to accidental droppage, mishandling, or negligence (whether intentional or unintentional).
  • Extreme Temperatures – damage resulting from the exposure to extreme temperatures, including but not limited to rain, high heat, or freezing conditions.
  • Tamper/Proof Seal – damages or issues that occur after the tamper-proof seal has been broken or altered in any way..
  • Unauthorized Modifications – any unauthorized modifications or repairs by the Customer or a third party may void this warranty at Company’s sole discretion.
  • Consequential/Incidental Damages – this warranty does not apply to any consequential, incidental, or special damages the Customer may incur from using the Products.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event the Products exhibit defects within the 30-day warranty period, or if purchased by Customer, the 1-year warranty period, to initiate a warranty claim, Customer must take the following action:

  • Contact Company’s support team within warranty period and log a claim (888-783-1493)
  • Provide proof of purchase to Company’s support team.
  • Provide detailed information and proof regarding defected Products.
  • Follow the instructions provided by Company’s support team for further assessment and resolution.

Resolution Options

If Company determines the warranty claim is valid, at Company’s sole discretion, Company will provide customer one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair – The Company will repair the product to restore its intended functionality; or
  • Replacement – Company will replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model or equivalent, subject to availability.

Return Policy

Damaged Upon Arrival

Customer should reject any Products that arrive damaged. If Customer accepts a Product with visible damage, Customer and the carrier must document such visible damage for Customer to have the right to initiate a warranty claim. Customer must notify Company’s support team within two (2) days of Customer’s receipt of a visibly damaged Product and shall provide Company’s support team all reasonable documentation and information as the support team may request to confirm such visible damage. Customer shall also follow the return procedures outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

All Products purchased directly from Company come with a 30-day return policy. To take advantage of such return policy, within thirty (30) days of Customer’s receipt of a Product, Customer shall return the Product (in like new condition absent any markings or damages), at Customer’s sole expense, securely packed for shipment in the original box, with all accessories, manuals, or other materials that were included with the Product at the time such Product was delivered to Customer, and with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Customer must contact Company’s support team to obtain an RMA Number. Company will not accept any returns without a valid RMA Number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipment. Upon a successful return, Company shall refund Customer the purchase price of the Product minus a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return of a Product, Customer, within thirty (30) days of receiving the Product, shall:

  • Contact Company’s support team to obtain an RMA Number,
  • Return the Product within ten (10) days of receiving the RMA Number. The Product must be returned in its original packaging (in like new condition) with all materials and documentation originally provided with the Product and the RMA Number clearly labeled on the shipping packaging. No refunds or replacements will be issues without an RMA Number.
  • Include a proof of purchase, such as original purchase receipt, invoice, or order, with the returned Product.
  • Return all Products to 3141 Commerce Pkwy, Miramar, Florida 33025
